The local police reported an increase in theft of catalytic converters from local cars and vans. Thieves are stealing these due to the rare metals used in the converters. They believe that gangs of crooks from outside of the local area are involved. Please be extra vigilant.

The police reported a further incident of dogs attacking other dogs. These are extremely sad to report and the Police again remind local residents that it is their responsibility to ensure that their dogs are controlled at all times, this includes making sure that they are secure whilst in homes and gardens.
